The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from Pakistani/AJ&K nationals for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme (2026-27), launched by the Hungarian Government for Bachelors, One-Tier Masters (OTM), Masters and PhD studies.
