| Employment history evidence | Submit payslips, bank statements, tax records (minimum 3 months). Reference letter alone is not enough. |
| Name accuracy | Ensure name spelling matches passport; provide evidence of any name change. |
| Translated documents | Provide certified translations for all non-English documents. |
| Valid passport | Passport must be valid. Avoid submitting with expired or near-expiry passport. |
| Polio-vaccination certificate | Provide if travelling from or through a country where proof is required. |
