| SNU President Fellowship (SPF) | Newly admitted PhD students who are teaching or research staff at universities in developing countries and do not hold a PhD | Full tuition waiver (up to 6 semesters), KRW 1.5M–2M monthly stipend (3–4 years), airfare, Korean language classes, and health insurance. |
| Graduate Scholarship for Excellent Foreign Students (GSFS) | Outstanding foreign applicants accepted into designated SNU graduate programs | Full tuition waiver (4 semesters), minimum KRW 500,000/month stipend (varies by field). |
| Overseas Koreans Scholarship | Applicants who are Overseas Koreans pursuing graduate degrees at SNU | Full tuition waiver (4 semesters), KRW 900,000/month for 4 semesters, travel support, Korean language training, and insurance. |
| Korean Government Scholarship (KGSP/GKS) | International graduate applicants via embassy or university recommendation | Full tuition (4 semesters for Master’s, 6 for PhD), KRW 1,308,330/month, airfare, Korean language training, insurance, research and thesis support. |
