If you are enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Integrated Master’s programme at U.Porto, you can apply for a study scholarship offered by the Social Support Services of the University of Porto (SASUP). These scholarships consist of a monthly cash payment intended to contribute to costs related to attending the course.

| SASUP Scholarships | Monthly financial aid for enrolled Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Integrated Master’s students who are Portuguese or EU nationals, stateless, or from countries with specific cooperation agreements. International-status students are not eligible. |
| Merit Scholarships | Cash awards for outstanding academic performers across Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Integrated Master’s programs; top-performing first-year students receive incentive prizes equal to one year’s tuition. |
| Scientific (Research) Scholarships | Funding for research training at Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD level, typically awarded annually, extendable up to three years (minimum duration: three consecutive months). |
| Social Support Fund (FAS) | Emergency financial allowances for students experiencing sudden economic hardship; includes Collaborator Scholarships for part-time work within university units. |
| External Scholarships & Grants | Support from external entities such as government bodies, foundations (e.g., Camões Institute, FCT, Gulbenkian Foundation), and international consortia to fund study and research. |
