Graduates from the MIS 2026 eligible countries who meet the following criteria:

1. Must be a citizen of a country eligible for the MIS 2026 scholarship.

2. Intend to pursue full-time postgraduate studies (Master’s or PhD) in Malaysia.

3. Or currently enrolled in full-time postgraduate studies at Malaysian public universities or selected private higher education institutions, with at least two semesters remaining before completing the program.
