| Online visa application | Applicant must complete the online portal form and choose “single entry.” |
| Saudi employer documentation | A digital power of attorney from the Saudi employer and visa referral note issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its branches. |
| Sponsoring company letter | Original letter from the Saudi company (sponsor) certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including block visa number, date, position, and applicant’s name. |
| Employment contract | Copy of the contract signed by the sponsor and applicant, certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. |
| Educational credentials | Certified and notarized degree or diploma (and technical diploma if applicable), attested by the Saudi Cultural Mission or relevant embassies. |
| Medical report | Three copies of a medical report (with lab results) and three passport-size color photographs on white background; issued within the last three months. Minors under 16 may be exempt. |
| Police clearance | Police report issued within six (6) months showing the applicant’s criminal record, if any. |
