Below you may find information on the types of visas and the cases in which there is an obligation to obtain a visa, as well as on how to submit a relevant application to the competent Diplomatic Mission of the Republic of Cyprus (or to the Visa Centre (External Service Provider) to which the Mission will refer you).
The Republic of Cyprus has already fully harmonized the visa procedures, the documents required, the fees and the visa sticker with the other Schengen Member States. In any case, it is recommended to the travellers to contact the Embassy or Consulate in advance where they intend to apply for further information and guidance.
