Health examinationsDo health check at the correct time; include HAP-ID if done early. Results valid for 12 months.
Police certificatesProvide certificates for you and family (16+). Include certificates for every country lived in for 12+ months in the last 10 years. Non-English must be translated.
English language documentsProvide required English proficiency test results for your visa subclass.
Residential & travel historyGive complete residential and travel history for the past 10 years.
Identity documents & relationship proofSubmit passports/IDs for all family members and proof of relationships.
Employer nomination & TRNIf applying for employer-sponsored visa, ensure employer nomination is submitted and include the correct TRN.
Skills assessmentProvide required skills assessment for your occupation, if applicable.
Employment history evidenceSubmit payslips, bank statements, tax records (minimum 3 months). Reference letter alone is not enough.
Name accuracyEnsure name spelling matches passport; provide evidence of any name change.
Translated documentsProvide certified translations for all non-English documents.
Valid passportPassport must be valid. Avoid submitting with expired or near-expiry passport.
Polio-vaccination certificateProvide if travelling from or through a country where proof is required.
